I have an account

1. Send an email to hokm-support@ariamax.nl from the email address of your Hokm account, with the subject "Delete my Hokm account". Add your username if you remember it.
2. We may write back once to make sure the request really comes from you.
3. Within 30 days we delete the account and everything that hangs on it: your username, email address, password hash, birth year, avatars, Daric and their history, league progress, match history, friends list and sign-in history. It disappears from our backups within 90 days.

Deleting cannot be undone: your Daric, avatars and league are gone for good, and your username becomes free for someone else.

I played as a guest

We do not know who a guest is, so there is nothing we can look up for you. Clear the site data for HokmArena.com in your browser (or uninstall the Hokm app): the link between your device and the guest entry is then gone for good, and the leftover entry holds nothing about you.

I only want part of it changed

Want a copy of your data, or a wrong detail corrected? Write to the same address. The privacy policy lists everything we store.
